"Death couldn't handle Him and the grave couldn't hold Him!"
As I sat in church this morning, I was so touched just thinking about the great sacrifice that Jesus made for me. And you. And for the rest of mankind. He suffered such great pain and hurt as he was flogged, beaten, and bruised-all for the petty "crap" I'm guilty of. He didn't have to, but yet he was obedient-just so that I could spend eternity with Him! I'm so grateful that HE saved ME!
"And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death--even death on a cross!" Phillipians 2:8
